شكلت انتفاضة السويداء صفحة رائعة من صفحات ثورة الحرية والكرامة، وأعادت للثورة السورية سيرتها الأولى. لم تكن يوما السويداء غائبة عن المشاركة في الاحتجاجات والمظاهرات والعصيان المدني ورفض الخدمة في جيش يقتل شعبه. إلا أنها كانت عالقة بين مطرقة النظام وسندان الثورة المضادة. اختارت طريقها في الكفاح بما هو ممكن في ظروف موضوعية صعبة. جاءت انتفاضتها التي انفجرت في النصف الثاني من تموز الماضي لتوجه صفعة قوية للطغيان، بعد أوهامه في “النصر” وفي إخضاع الشعب السوري، ووأد تطلعاته المشروعة في الانتقال السياسي وإقامة دولته الوطنية الديمقراطية على أسس من الحداثة والتقدم. تميزت هذه الانتفاضة عن سابقاتها بخصائص متعددة:
أولا- قطعت كل الخيوط مع النظام الأسدي وانتقلت بسرعة من المطالب المعيشية والخدمية إلى المطالب السياسية في الانتقال السياسي وتطبيق القرار 2254، ووضع البلاد على سكة الحياة وإعادة الاعمار. وطرحت نفسها استمرارا لثورة السوريين التي انطلقت في آذار عام 2011، وأكدت على شعاراتها الأولى، قبل أن تنتقل إلى تطوير هذه الشعارات وإبداع أسلوبها المميز وطرائقها في التعبير عن أهداف ثورة الحرية والكرامة.
ثانيا- الاستمرارية حيث ما زالت مستمرة منذ قرابة ثلاثة الأشهر دون توقف، يستمر المحتجون في الإمساك بالشوارع والساحات في الصباح وفي المساء، على عكس الاحتجاجات السابقة التي كانت تحركها النخبة، تحركات تتشكل وتنمو وتصعد وتخبو، حيث كانت على شكل تموجات متقطعة، لكنها في كل مرة كانت تحقق مكاسب جديدة وتوسع من قاعدتها المجتمعية لتشمل الطبقات التي تسحقها ظروف الحياة اليومية. فرضت هذه الاحتجاجات هامشا من الحرية داخل المحافظة، بحيث لم يعد بإمكان أجهزة النظام ممارسة الاعتقال أو إذلال الناس. وحتى خارج المحافظة، حيث صدر عن وزارة داخلية النظام تعليمات بمنع اعتقال أبناء السويداء خارج المحافظة، ففي كل مرة كان يحدث ذلك، كانت فصائل السويداء تحتجز عناصر أمنية أو عسكرية وترفض إطلاق سراحها قبل أن يفرج النظام عن المعتقلين من أبناء المحافظة. وعندما لجأ النظام لتسخير العصابات للتسلط على المواطنين، تمت مهاجمتها والقضاء عليها، والمثال الأكثر وضوحا هو الهجوم على عصابة راجي فلحوط، المرتبطة بالأمن العسكري، في أواخر شهر تموز عام 2022.
ثالثا – المشاركة الشعبية الواسعة التي شملت جميع مدن المحافظة ومعظم بلداتها، شبابا وشيوخا، رجالا ونساء، وتجدر الإشارة إلى مشاركة العشائر البدوية وجميع مكونات المجتمع ودعم المجتمع الأهلي على نطاق واسع ووقوف أهلنا في درعا إلى جانب حراك السويداء، طالما عمل النظام على عزل هذه المكونات وخلق الفتنة فيما بينها، فإذا بها كتلة واحدة تهتف للحرية والكرامة.
واتفق الناشطون على تغييب الأعلام في بداية الحراك، للخروج من ثنائية المعارضة والموالاة، لحشد المجتمع، تحت بيرق العلم الخماسي الخاص بالمنطقة. وفي مرحلة لاحقة تم رفع علم الثورة إلى جانب البيارق الأخرى.
رابعا – مشاركة المرأة بقوة في هذا الحراك، حيث كان لحضورها الواسع أثر إيجابي في تعزيز الحراك الذي يمكن أن يؤشر إلى سوريا المستقبل بلد الحداثة والديمقراطية والمساواة بين الجميع دون تمييز. هذه المشاركة الواسعة لسيدات السويداء كانت موضع اهتمام وسائل الإعلام، أثر في مواقف بعض الدول الغربية التي أعلنت دعمها لهذه الاحتجاجات.
خامسا – السلمية والإلحاح على تجنب استفزازات بعض العصابات المرتبطة بأجهزة الأمن. خلال ثلاثة أشهر، لم تشهد المحافظة أي تجاوز يذكر من فعل المشاركين في الاحتجاجات، لم يكسر لوح زجاجي واحد وهذا نادر الحدوث في أرقى مجتمعات الدنيا، مما يعبر عن الحرص على الملكية العامة والخاصة وعدم إلحاق الأذى بأي كان. علما بأن المحتجين تعرضوا للكثير من الاستفزازات، وإلى إطلاق النار بالقرب من مبنى حزب البعث، لكنهم لم يردوا، وحاولوا حل مثل هذه المشكلات بواسطة رجال الدين أو وجهاء العائلات، لتفويت الفرصة على النظام في شق الصفوف وخلق الفتنة في المجتمع. كما عمل المشاركون في الاحتجاجات على تنظيف الساحة والمحافظة على النظافة العامة حيثما وجدوا.
سادسا – الفنون، تميزت احتجاجات السويداء بإدخال الفنون المختلفة بشكل بارز، من خط ورسم ولوحات فنية ورسوم الكاريكاتير المعبرة، وموسيقا، وأهمها على الإطلاق، الأغاني والأهازيج التي تندد بالنظام وتطالب بالتغيير، فاتضح جانب الإبداع في تأليف وتلحين عشرات الأغاني والأهازيج والجوفيات المرتبطة بالحدث، إضافة إلى جانب الأغاني التي تؤثر في شحذ الهمم وحشد الجهود، كما في حالات المنازلة الكبرى، فهي تميل أيضا إلى التغني بالحرية وبالسلام في أجواء احتفالية من الفرح وكأنهم في عرس جميل، يعيشون الحرية ويغنون لها، بعد نصف قرن من الطغيان، إنه الفرح الحقيقي الذي أصاب الجميع عند استنشاق هواء الحرية التي طالما افتقدناها جميعا.
أهم إنجازات انتفاضة السويداء
بدأ الكثيرون بطرح السؤال، ما الذي حققته ثلاثة أشهر من الاحتجاجات؟ لم يتغير شيء؟ ماذا بعد؟ وإلى متى؟ وهل ستؤدي إلى سقوط النظام؟ الخ….. في الحقيقة، عند مراجعة الحدث مراجعة متأنية، سنتبين أن هذه الاحتجاجات أحدثت تغيرات كبرى، فمجتمع السويداء يعيش تحولات عميقة بفعل هذه الانتفاضة التي تتضح إنجازاتها على الصعيد الوطني والمحلي، وربما كان أهم هذه الإنجازات:
أولا – سحب ورقة الأقليات التي كان يسوقها النظام أمام الغرب، لم يعد بإمكانه الآن استخدام هذه الورقة والمتاجرة بها، أكذوبة لم تعد تنطلي على أحد، فهذه معظم دول الغرب تحذر النظام من مغبة استخدام العنف ضد هذه الاحتجاجات، السلمية الجميلة الراقية، في سلوكها وفي خطابها المفعم بشعارات الثورة السورية، المطالبة بتطبيق القرارات الأممية.
ثانيا – أعادت الأمل للملايين من المنتفضين في الربيع العربي، لتثبت أن الثورة متجددة لا تموت وحقوق الشعوب لا تسقط بالتقادم، تفاعل الوطنيون السوريون مع هذه الاحتجاجات، وحملوا علمها الخماسي في الشمال وفي بعض المناطق السورية الأخرى، وأعلن الكثيرون أن “الهجري يمثلني” تعبيرا عن تأييد خطاب شيخ العقل الجليل الذي تحول إلى زعيم وطني بامتياز، عندما طالب بدولة علمانية أي دولة مواطنة وقانون، دولة حريات وكرامة.
ثالثا – سرعان ما حظيت هذه الانتفاضة بتغطية الهيئة الدينية وشيوخ العقل، خصوصا الشيخ حكمت الهجري والشيخ حمود الحناوي، اللذين أعلنا تبنيهما لمطالب الشعب في الساحات الثائرة، هذه التغطية شكلت دافعا معنويا أسهم في توسع المشاركة الشعبية في الاحتجاجات.
رابعا – بلورة المجتمع المدني، حيث شهدت المحافظة ولادة التنظيمات النقابية الحرة، تجمع المعلمين وتجمع المهندسين والمحامين والعاملين في القطاع الصحي، هذا المجتمع المدني المستقل عن سيطرة الأجهزة الأمنية، يشكل رافعة مهمة للانتفاضة عبر مشاركته اليومية في نشاطاتها، يؤثر في تقوية التماسك الاجتماعي واحتضان الحراك الشعبي والعمل على استمراريته وتحقيق أهدافه.
وتجدر الإشارة إلى غياب عمليات الخطف وطلب الفدية والسطو، في الأشهر الأولى للانتفاضة، مما يؤكد تغيرا في السلوك وانحسار نشاط الأجهزة الأمنية التي كانت ترعى هذه العمليات في توظيف بعض العصابات لإشاعة الفوضى. وإن بدأت في الأسابيع الأخيرة باستعادة نشاطها للتأثير سلبا على الحراك، مما يستدعي اليقظة من قبل الجميع ومواجهة هذه العصابات ووضع حد لاعتداءاتها.
خامسا – إتاحة الفرصة لتطور ثقافة الحوار وطرح الكثير من الأسئلة حول الوطن والوطنية، في ثورة على المفاهيم التي رسخها نظام الاستبداد، بدأت تتبلور بعض التيارات السياسية في محاولة لتشكيل مرجعية عليا تمثل المجتمع تمثيلا حقيقيا، يكون لها الكلمة الفصل في مختلف ميادين الحياة.
تعيش السويداء هذا المخاض الصعب، الذي سيشهد ولادة هذه المرجعية التي يجب أن تكون منفتحة على الجميع تقبل التعددية، في إطار الوحدة وتحترم حق الاختلاف، ويجب أن ترى النور في أقرب وقت ممكن. فالمحافظة بأمس الحاجة للوحدة ورص الصفوف والتنظيم وترتيب البيت الداخلي والتخطيط، وفتح الحوار مع مجالس محافظات الجنوب والتنسيق فيما بينها، حيث كان الجنوب وما زال عنوان الوحدة الوطنية السورية.
إن الإصرار على استمرار الاحتجاجات في السويداء، يهدف إلى استمرار الضغط على النظام، وانتظار أن يقوم الإخوة في باقي المحافظات بملاقاة هذه الاحتجاجات، بالإضراب والعصيان المدني، لن يتمكن النظام من مواجهة وحدة الشارع السوري لوقت طويل، فانسداد الأفق والتدهور الاقتصادي سيؤدي إلى تفكك الدائرة الضيقة التي ما يزال النظام يستند إليها، مما يجعل الانتقال السلمي ممكنا ويفتح الآفاق أمام الشعب السوري لاستعادة وحدته ووحدة أراضيه ووضع البلاد على سكة الحياة وإعادة الإعمار..
