بينما العامل الفلسطيني هو من صنع الإحداث وشعر وتأثر بها وكتب التاريخ والعامل الفلسطيني هو ثورة وهو من يصنع ويبني الوطن والعامل الفلسطيني هو من زرع السنابل لتملأ الوادي وهو من حمل الفأس ليزرع الأرض الطيبة وهو من يرفع علم فلسطين متحديا الجلاد وهو من حمل البندقية مكافحا عن حقه وهو من شارك في الانتفاضة وقاد الثورة وهو من وقف مدافعا عن القدس وعن أرضه وشعبه .
العامل الفلسطيني باني الدولة وحامي المشروع الوطني وما من شك بان العامل الفلسطيني يختلف عن كل عمال الأرض الذين يحتفلون بعيدهم حيث يحتفل عمال فلسطين في ظل أوضاع صعبة يعيشوها تحت الاحتلال وتصديهم اليومي لممارسات سلطات الاحتلال العسكري الإسرائيلي في ظل حرب الإبادة المنظمة التي يمارسها الاحتلال بحق شعب فلسطين الصامد في قطاع غزة والضفة الغربية والقدس المحتلة وكان عمال فلسطين على الدوام هم طليعة النضال الوطني الفلسطيني ضد الاحتلال حيث قدمت الحركة العمالية الفلسطينية التضحيات الجسام وعشرات آلاف الشهداء والجرحى والأسرى وتحملت في الوقت نفسه وما تزال تتحمل العبء الأكبر من نتائج سياسات الاحتلال وآثارها المدمرة على الاقتصاد الفلسطيني وعلى المستوى المعيشي والتنموي بالأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة مما يستوجب إعادة النظر في السياسات الاقتصادية والمالية للسلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية من خلال إعادة توجيه الموارد المتاحة بما يعزز صمود المجتمع ويخفف من أعباء الاحتلال والفقر والبطالة .
عمال فلسطين يتعرضون للاستغلال والمعاناة وفرض العراقيل اليومية وعرقلة وصولهم الى أماكن عملهم من قبل سلطات الاحتلال العسكري الإسرائيلي كما تمارس بحقهم أسوأ الممارسات المنتهكة لإنسانيتهم على حواجز الاحتلال ومعابره كما يتم استغلالهم في العمل ويتم استغلالهم بالتلاعب بأجورهم المستحقة ويتعرضون للنصب والاحتيال ويحرمون من ظروف عمل آمنة وسليمة ومن وسائل الوقاية وإبقاء المرضى منهم يصارعون الموت على الحواجز ويتم حرمانهم من التعويضات وحقوق التامين الاجتماعي والتقاعد ويحرمهم الاحتلال من الحصول على شروط عمل لائقة ويمارس بحقهم التمييز في الأجور مع من هم اقل منهم كفاءة وتستمر الممارسات الإسرائيلية لتنال الحقول الفلسطينية اقتلاع الأشجار المثمرة وتدمير البينة التحتية للمزارع الفلسطيني .
في يوم العمال العالمي نحيي أبناء شعبنا وأسرانا البواسل في سجون الاحتلال الذين يخوضون اروع صفحات النضال من خلال التضامن والوفاء للحركة الأسيرة التي تقوم بإضرابات متواصلة عن الطعام دفاعاً عن حقوقها ولوقف الانتهاكات الوحشية العنصرية من سلطات الاحتلال والسجون ضدها حيث يسهم عمال فلسطين بدورهم الطليعي في النضال الوطني ويقف عمالنا بكل قوة وثبات ووفاء إلى جانب نضال الأسرى المضربين عن الطعام وصولاً إلى تحقيق مطالبهم في إلغاء العزل الانفرادي كونهم أسرى حرب بما يصون كرامتهم الإنسانية على طريق تحريرهم من أسر الاحتلال البغيض .
في يوم العمال العالمي لا بد لدعم عمال فلسطين وأننا نقول يا عمال فلسطين التحدوا ضد الظلم ومن اجل الحرية والاستقلال الوطني وإقامة الدولة الفلسطينية المستقبلة وندعو العالم بكل مؤسساته وجمعياته الحقوقية والإنسانية الى توفير الحماية لعمال فلسطين ومساعدتهم فى العيش بعيدا عن جرائم الاحتلال الإسرائيلي .
في اليوم العالمي للعمال نجدد العهد لشهداء فلسطين الإبطال بأن نواصل مسيرة الكفاح الوطني الفلسطيني حتى نحتفل بالنصر وقد تحررت أرضنا المباركة وأقمنا دولتنا المستقلة وعاصمتها القدس الشرقية.
