سري القدوة
ما يجري للشعب الفلسطيني في غزة حالياً من قتل وتجويع وتهجير من سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، أظهر أن هناك ازدواجية صارخة في المعايير الدولية وانتقاصاً في المبادئ والمواقف، وعلى المجتمع الدولي تطبيق المواثيق والمبادئ الدولية لحقوق الإنسان وضرورة اتخاذ الولايات المتحدة، والاتحاد الأوروبي، وبريطانيا وغيرها من الدول، إجراءات لضمان محاسبة المسؤولين عن جرائم الحرب والجرائم ضد الإنسانية، بما يشمل التحقيقات والمحاكمات الجنائية بموجب الولاية القضائية العالمية وفي المحكمة الجنائية الدولية .
ولا بد من الأمم المتحدة العمل على ضرورة فرض عقوبات على المسؤولين عن الهجمات الإسرائيلية المستمرة على التجمعات الفلسطينية، أو منع المهجرين الفلسطينيين من العودة إلى أراضيهم، والتدخل لإنهاء العقوبات الجماعية وضمان عودة المهجرين الفلسطينيين الي بيوتهم فورا حتى لا تتكرر مأساة عام 1948 .
استقرار فلسطين هو المدخل الوحيد الذي يؤدي إلى استقرار المنطقة والعالم، وأن دولة فلسطين حصلت على العضوية في الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة بصفة مراقب عام 2012 وبأغلبية ساحقة، ومن حقنا الحصول على العضوية الكاملة، ودون ذلك لا شرعية لدولة الاحتلال وعلى العالم تنفيذ قراراته الخاصة بالقضية الفلسطينية وخاصة قرارين 181 و194، اللذين اشترطا حصول إسرائيل على العضوية في الأمم المتحدة بقبولها تنفيذ قرار مجلس الأمن الخاص بوجود دولة عربية، ولم تنفذ ما تعهدت به حتى الآن .
ونستغرب المواقف الأميركية الرافضة لدعم قرار حصول فلسطين للعضوية الكاملة في الأمم المتحدة الأمر الذي يشكك في مصداقية الولايات المتحدة، نتيجة تراجعها المستمر عن تنفيذ وعودها وتبنيها المواقف الإسرائيلية واستمرار عدوانها على الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة في قطاع غزة والضفة الغربية بما فيها القدس الشرقية، التي أودت بحياة عشرات آلاف الشهداء، وتسببت بمئات آلاف الجرحى والمعاقين، والتي لن تؤدي إلى تحقيق السلام، ما يجعل أميركا مسؤولة عن هذه السياسات الإسرائيلية التي تنتهك جميع قرارات الشرعية الدولية .
وما من شك بان دعم إدارة الرئيس جو بايدن لمزيد من عمليات جيش الاحتلال واجتياح مدينة رفح التي يتواجد فيها أغلبية سكان قطاع غزة النازحين، جراء حرب الإبادة التي يتعرضون لها من قبل سلطات الاحتلال سيؤدي إلى كارثة إنسانية وربما الدفع نحو التهجير .
التراجع الأميركي عن المواقف السابقة المعلنة فيما يتعلق بدعم حل الدولتين، والالتزام بقرارات الشرعية الدولية، وجهودها في مجلس الأمن الدولي لمنع حصول دولة فلسطين على العضوية الكاملة في الأمم المتحدة، والحملة الشرسة التي تقودها لتشويه صورة وكالة “الأونروا”، يدفع بالأمور نحو المزيد من التوتر والتصعيد الذي سيدفع ثمنه الجميع وعلى الولايات المتحدة الأميركية التدخل الفوري لوقف العدوان المستمر على شعبنا الفلسطيني، كونها تتحمل مسؤولية دفع المنطقة نحو حرب إقليمية وذلك من خلال استمرار دعمها للاحتلال الإسرائيلي .
وتتحمل حكومة الاحتلال المسؤولية الكاملة عن حجم الدمار الهائل الذي لحق بقطاع غزة بسبب عدوانها المتواصل عليه، كما تقع المسؤولية أيضاً على عاتق تلك الدول التي تدعم إسرئيل بالسلاح والمال للاستمرار في عدوانها وتوفر لها الحماية السياسية .
مجلس الأمن مطالب اليوم أكثر من أي وقت مضى بالتدخل السريع واتخاذ الإجراءات الواجبة لإجبار إسرائيل على وقف عدوانها وإدخال المساعدات الإنسانية لشعب يتضور جوعا والانسحاب الفوري من قطاع غزة، والانصياع للقانون الدولي وقرارات الشرعية الدولية، ولا يجوز للمجتمع الدولي أن يسمح لأي دولة أن تكون فوق القانون الدولي وأن تفلت من المساءلة والعقاب.
